Regions of Interest

A region of interest (ROI) is an area of an image defined for further analysis or processing, in which voxels that belong to the ROI are set to 1 and voxels outside the ROI are set to 0. Dragonfly provides a number of tools for labeling ROIs (see Segmentation Tools), as well as settings for visualizing ROIs and options for processing and analyzing ROIs.
